JCLA
is an opportunity for incoming local Jaycee chapter officers and members to learn
more about the skills it takes run their chapter effectively-
everything from group dynamics, management topics, leadership skills,
to managing the chapter's budget.
Please note that the Ten Outstanding Young Minnesotans/Outstanding Young Farmers Honoree Banquet will be held Saturday, December 5. TOYM/OYF is being held AFTER MN Junior Chamber Leadership Academy (JCLA) which is held earlier that day. Seating for dinner will begin at 6:30 with the program beginning at 7:30.
TOYM/OYF is a program that recognizes outstanding young community leaders statewide. It is the only statewide recognition program of its kind in Minnesota. The exploration of each honoree's leadership journey during the ceremony provides a great opportunity to learn and be inspired as you begin you next year as an active Jaycee.
